RESOLVED: Provider Portal Issue User Notification

A message for all participating Medicaid providers. Please share with those in your organization who use the provider portal for eligibility verification.
We are notifying users of our provider portal of the following known error with the Sunflower provider portal. For those providers who use the provider portal to complete member/patient eligibility verification, this applies to you:
Identified Error and Status
- Member eligibility verification screen for OHI is blank - Our portal support team is working to resolve, but for now providers can complete verification on the KMAP website or obtain the information from the member.
- Status: Our portal support team worked to resolve the COB information displaying.
- Resolved as of October 21, 2021
Future notification and additional information regarding the above items will be shared to providers on the KanCare 2.0 Issue Log that is managed by KMAP and accessible under KMAP Bulletins
