By creating a Sunflower Health Plan account, you can:
- Change your Primary Care Doctor
- Request a new Member ID Card
- Update your personal information

Provider Portal
If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim. After creating an account within the Sunflower Health Plan provider portal you can:
- Verify member eligibility
- Check & submit claims
- Submit & confirm authorizations
- View detailed patient list
