The Kansas Medical Assistance Program (KMAP) will implement the next phase of the Kansas Modular Management System (KMMS) Provider Enrollment Wizard effective on December 31, 2018.

During the upgrade, there will be a short period of time when providers will not be able to submit an application or revalidation. The following chart outlines the key dates and timeframes for each activity and the associated impact:

2018 Key Dates

DECEMBER 3 - Provider Enrollment Wizard Unavailable New applications and revalidations will NOT be processed after 5:00 p.m.

DECEMBER 31 - Provider Enrollment Wizard Available Providers can begin using the updated KMMS provider enrollment system for applications and revalidations.
