KMAP BULLETIN: Coverage of Codes in the ECI and LEA Setting

Effective with processing date July 1, 2019, and retroactive to date of service January 1, 2019, the following codes will be covered, when provided in person and via telemedicine, in the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Local Education Agency (LEA) setting: 96112, 96113, 97533 and G0515.

Note: Providers may resubmit denied claims for reprocessing, retroactive to date of service January 1, 2019.

Note: The effective date of the policy is July 1, 2019. The implementation of State policy by the KanCare managed care organizations (MCOs) may vary from the date noted in the Kansas Medical Assistance Program (KMAP) bulletins.
