Effective August 25, 2020, retroactive to January 1, 2019, providers that offer diabetic shoes and no other orthotic or prosthetic services with a Provider Type/Provider Specialty (PT/PS) 25/250 may submit claims for diabetic shoes with the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes as listed below:
