A Kansas Modular Medicaid System (KMMS) maintenance window is scheduled daily between 1:00 a.m. – 1:30 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). 

KMAP requests real-time transactions, including pharmacy Point of Sale (POS), not be submitted between 1:00 a.m. – 1:30 a.m. CST. Transactions submitted during the maintenance window will receive a time-out error requiring they be re-submitted.
