The AuthentiCare New Features Training sessions will go over new features that will be available in the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system. The Live Q&A Sessions will touch on new features, as well as additional AuthentiCare questions on any topic.

The training will take place in the AuthentiCare learning management system, called Xchange:
- Xchange is a comprehensive online platform for learning, where AuthentiCare web portal users can access AuthentiCare training materials, videos, and live training sessions in one place.
- You must self-register for Xchange to get access to the online platform. It may take up to two business days for your Xchange account to be approved. Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email indicating that you can log in to Xchange.
