Effective with dates of service on and after July 1, 2024, the rates for  Durable Medical Equipment Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies  (DMEPOS) items on the Medicare fee schedule will be set at 80%  of Medicare's Non-Rural rate.

Note: The effective date of the policy July 1, 2024. The implementation of State policy by the KanCare Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) may vary from the date noted in the Kansas Medical Assistance Program (KMAP) bulletins.
