Other available options for assistance with the registration process:

• One-on-One Help - Call: KMAP Customer Service at 800-933-6593 and choose ‘Tier 1’ for staff that is specifically trained and available to help walk you through the registration process

Remember – Early Registration ends on March 31, 2022. Providers that have not completed the early registration will not have access to the new KMAP Provider Secure Portal when it is launched on April 4, 2022.

Registration can be done on and after April 4, 2022, but waiting could delay your access, so you are encouraged to take the opportunity now!

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

• The current KMAP Provider Secure Portal will no longer be available starting at 5:30 p.m. on March 31, 2022.
• Effective April 4, 2022, only registered providers will be able to access the new KMAP Provider Secure Portal which will be https://portal.kmap-state-ks.us/SecurePage
