October 10, 2023, Claims Payment Cycle - Delayed

Due to a system delay in processing cycles, Sunflower’s claims payment cycle (aka check run) for Tuesday, October 10, 2023, has been delayed. This affects all paper checks and EFTs that normally would have been posted and/or mailed to physical health and HCBS providers on October 10. This delay does not affect behavioral health providers.

IMPORTANT CHANGE: Checks and EFT payments will now be posted and mailed on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.

Payspan (EFT/ERA)

Sunflower is pleased to partner with Payspan Health to provide an innovative web-based solution for Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs).
