Dear Pharmacist:

Sunflower Health Plan covers nicotine replacement products, varenicline and bupropion for Sunflower members as a part of the tobacco-cessation benefit. Please note that Sunflower follows the KanCare coverage of tobacco cessation products.

Please use the links below for specific NDC coverage. NDC/product coverage is subject to change as only federally rebatable NDCs are covered. Members must present a prescription to their pharmacy for the covered products.
