Community Mental Health Centers: SED Waiver Services Requests

Beginning September 1, 2020, Sunflower will no longer accept SED waiver services KAMIS requests from CMHCs. All requests for dates of service prior to July 1, 2020, must be received by Sunflower before September 1, 2020, to be considered.

If a claim has already been submitted for dates of service on the request, please go through our reconsideration process. Do not submit a request in KAMIS.

This is to align with the state’s change in SED waiver service plan process.
