This survey serves as the foundation for key improvement initiatives that we undertake each year, and your feedback is critical to making sure we address the right issues.

Last year Sunflower Health Plan made key improvements in the following areas:

  • Accuracy of claims processing
  • Resolution of claims payment problems or disputes
  • Timeliness of claims processing
  • Consistency of reimbursement processing
  • Process of obtaining member information
