COMING SOON: KanCare All-MCO Satisfaction Survey 2025

Each year MCOs are required to survey participating providers on their experiences with and support from each MCO. The survey will be administered by Wichita State University’s Center for Applied Research and Evaluation (WSU CARE). This allows for consistency in evaluating provider experiences across all MCOs.

A few things to know:

  • The survey will be administered online and by phone. We are seeking feedback from each provider location. You may be asked to complete more than one survey if you, or the providers you represent, have more than one office location.
  • The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
  • WSU CARE uses a secure online surveying platform for the collection of your feedback. MCOs will only see aggregate reports of participating providers and not individual survey question responses.
  • You will be asked to provide feedback on each of the MCOs you are contracted with for KanCare services.
  • Each MCO will receive their own aggregate report on the data collected. A combined report with data from all MCOs will be compiled for KDHE.
  • This is an All-MCO survey. Each MCO may continue to field their own, individual health plan, survey throughout the year in addition to this all-MCO survey.

Survey results are used to help MCOs improve processes and continue to support providers in meeting the needs of the members served.
