Dr. Regan Dulin Receives Sunflower’s 2018 Summit Award for Excellence in Care

Sunflower Health Plan, in collaboration with its parent company, Centene Corporation, has recognized Manhattan, Kan., physician Dr. Regan Dulin with a national award for clinical excellence.

Practitioners are selected each year for the Summit Award for Excellence in Care based on their exemplary performance in a number of quality measures. Centene has sponsored this annual award since 2008. Dr. Dulin earned the award for her quality stats in adolescent well care visits, adult access to preventive/ambulatory health services and cervical cancer screening.

Dr. Katherine Friedebach, chief medical director for Sunflower Health Plan, presented the award to Dr. Dulin today at a luncheon catered for her staff at Cotton O'Neil Manhattan.

“Dr. Dulin demonstrates exemplary care and commitment to improving health outcomes," Friedebach said. "The results show that she and the Cotton O'Neil clinic staff make an effective team delivering high quality health care to the patients they serve."

Dr. Dulin received her medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences in Kansas City. She completed her residency at Research Family Medicine Residency and is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.
