Sunflower offers food boxes for members who meet food insecurity criteria and have a chronic health condition in multiple counties across Kansas. Contact your care manager or call us toll free 1-877-644-4623 to learn more.

Sunflower wants to help members access the resources they need to receive the best possible care. This includes a partnership with findhelp. This online resource is an easy way for members, providers or community-based organizations to find local programs and services.

Transportation Assistance
Members (and caregivers) can access up to 12 round-trip rides per year for things like food, housing, employment supports and more. Schedule this ride through the SafeRide online platform or by calling 1-877-917-8162. Not available for mileage reimbursement.
