The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) invites providers to attend the following virtual town hall meetings to learn more about Personal Care Services (PCS) and Home Health Care Services (HHCS) claims processing in the Fiserv AuthentiCare Solution for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), which will launch in January 2025.
EVV claims processing through the AuthentiCare Solution will be required for all PCS and HHCS providers. We strongly encourage you to attend to learn more and ask questions of subject-matter experts.
There will also be a discussion on Healthy Blue On-Boarding.

Effective December 3, 2023, the EVV requirement, which is currently used for home and community-based personal care services (HCBSPCS), has been expanded to include HHCS for home health visits. The State of Kansas will continue to offer a free EVV application to providers and caregivers. The state also offers a providers’ choice model, allowing authorized third-party EVV applications
