Provider Portal Issue

A Message for all Providers. Please share with your teams.

Please let your billing staff know that Sunflower has identified the following error:

Identified Error: Sunflower discovered an issue with our provider portal. Providers may not be able to submit reconsiderations, appeals and corrected claims. Providers may also experience password reset issues.

Status: Sunflower is working to correct this issue.
