All-MCO Provider Satisfaction Survey - August 2025

Thank you for your continued partnership with Sunflower Health Plan. In an effort to improve service to providers serving our members, we are launching the All-MCO Provider Satisfaction Survey.

If you have been selected to receive the survey, you will be sent an email from tasha.parker@iodict.com with a subject line of “KanCare MCO Feedback Survey” sent on or after August 18, 2025.

To thank you for your time completing the survey, all respondents who submit a completed survey before the deadline will be entered into a random drawing to win one of two $250 Visa gift cards.

Your feedback helps us better understand how we impact your office and practice operations. Results from the survey will be used to help identify areas for improvement and to guide administrative and operational changes resulting in better service to you.
