RESOLVED: Provider Portal - User Notification

A Message for all participating Medicaid providers.

Please share with those in your organization who use the provider portal for billing.

We are notifying users of our provider portal of the following known errors with the Sunflower provider portal.

For providers who review claims status on the provider portal:

Identified Error: Claims that are on a provider's remit may return an error of 'claim not found' when searching the provider portal for that specific claim.

Status: Our portal support team is working to resolve the missing claims error.

Resolved as of July 27, 2021

For providers who review authorizations on the provider portal:

Identified Error: Authorized units on the provider portal may reflect double the authorized units.

Status: Resolved as of July 7, 2021.

Future notification and additional information regarding the above items will be shared to providers on the KanCare 2.0 Issue Log that is managed by KMAP and accessible under KMAP Bulletins.
