Sunflower Health Plan offers dedicated provider relations representatives located across Kansas who provide direct, personal assistance. We recently updated our KanCare territories and representatives. To find your local provider relations representative, visit the following pages:

Your provider relations representative is the liaison between you and our health plan. The provider relations team at Sunflower Health Plan is committed to building strong and lasting relationships with our providers.
Provider representatives build and maintain a supportive relationship with you that includes:
- Visiting your office to conduct orientation/in-service training for new and existing staff
- Helping providers understand state and Sunflower Health Plan policies and procedures
- Locating provider manuals and similar provider reference materials
- Communicating changes and updates that assist providers in the efficient administration of our plan
