We're here for You! Join the Sunflower Office Hours!
The Communications & Training Specialist and a representative of the Provider Relations team will be available to answer general questions and provide guidance on how to locate resources on the Sunflower website or our Secure Provider Portal.
We are unable to answer claim or provider-specific questions during these sessions as they will be open to all providers. All sessions will run from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m., but will be cancelled if they coincide with the All-MCO meeting or Sunflower-scheduled training sessions.
Registration is not required for these sessions.
We will have recurring, bi-weekly 30-minute sessions for all Sunflower contracted providers.
Add the standing Sunflower Office Hours sessions to your calendar. They all can be accessed through the one link. Each session will be opened at 12:30 p.m. on the following schedule:
- September 16, 2026
- September 30, 2026
- October 14, 2026
- October 14, 2026
- No session on October 28, 2026, in lieu of KanCare All MCO Training.
- No session on November 11, 2026, Sunflower will be closed in observance of Veteran’s Day.
- November 25, 2026
- December 9, 2026
- December 23, 2026 – final session of 2026
